I purchased 12 or 13 windows in 2006 and have had no problems with them so far (except a small bathroom window which had trouble staying open but Rick sent someone to repair it within 36 hours of me calling him). I love the new look of my windows - really updates the house. Also, the quality is supurb, I truely saved about 45% on my electric bill and energy costs overall. I recommended Rick / United Builders to two other friends (one a business owner updated her entire office, and the other updated a residence) - both are happy with the product). Rick was knowledgable, competant and friendly (no pressure). The quality was better and the price was lower than other window companies I have delt with. I will happily choose Rick again for both my personal residence and recommend them to more friends.
