Customer service continues to decline with empty assurances, mistakenly canceled orders, etc. Time to ask the doctor for a different option. Too bad as they used to be reliable and hassle free. They no longer initiate the refill and we have repeated delivery issues. Deliveries are late beyond the 4 hour window, or do not arrive at all, and worst part is, no one bothers to let you know they will be a no show that day (after you rearrange your day to wait/sign for delivery).
