McDonald's at 6381 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, California.

I try to be understanding since I know that food service is a hard job and the employees are exploited and underpaid, but this place messes up orders on such a regular basis that it's about a 50/50 chance they got your order right or gave it to the wrong person or something. They're kind of a mess. Also one of the managers was extremely rude to me once for misunderstanding that an employee was talking to me and not in the microphone to someone in the drive thru?? Anyway.... bad.
EDIT: i just got an undercooked quarter pounder

Every time I have stopped here expecting typical McDonalds service, it has not been typical.

Long wait times, in excess of 15 minutes in the dining room (longer for drive thru) and rampant disorganization...

Fortunately for McDonalds corporate, the demand for a #2 with a large coffee is too great.
